3. Client Obligations

As a client using our advertising and distribution services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or placing orders.
• Ensure that all advertising material (flyers, brochures, inserts) complies with applicable Australian laws, including consumer protection, anti-discrimination, and advertising standards.
• Not submit material that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, or in breach of any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Pay invoices by the agreed due date. Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services.
• Supply print-ready artwork in the format and by the deadline specified at the time of booking.

4. Advertising Content

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel distribution of any advertising material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or likely to cause harm. We are not responsible for the content of client-supplied material. The client indemnifies Flyers Local against any claims arising from the content of their advertising material.

5. Distribution Coverage and Accuracy

While we strive to achieve 100% delivery coverage within agreed target areas, letterbox distribution is subject to real-world variables including gated properties, "no junk mail" signs, and access restrictions. We do not guarantee exact delivery counts but will use reasonable endeavours to maximise coverage and may provide GPS-verified delivery data where available.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Flyers Local or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Client-supplied artwork remains the intellectual property of the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Flyers Local shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds or credits are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of production and distribution. Once materials have been printed or distribution has commenced, cancellation fees may apply. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify a booking.
